Is the estimate really free?
Yes, and it happens at the house. We measure the actual surfaces and look at the actual condition, because a number given over the phone is a guess that one of us ends up paying for later.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the season — exterior work stacks up in late spring and summer, and interiors fill the winter. Tell us your timing when you book and we'll be straight about whether we can hit it.
Do you work outside the twenty-six towns listed?
Often, yes. The list covers where we work regularly across Ulster, Dutchess, Columbia and Greene counties. If you're just outside it, ask when you book or give us a call.
What do you need from me before the walkthrough?
Nothing prepared. It helps if we can see every room or elevation in scope, and it helps to know roughly when you want the work done — but that's it.
